- Ability to process most foreign languages including multi-byte foreign languages (such as Chinese, Japanese, and Korean)
- Ability to process documents from a variety of message stores including Microsoft Outlook (.pst), Exchange (.ost), Lotus Notes (.nsf) and archive formats (WinZip .zip, WinRAR .rar, .gzip, .cab, .tar, .ace, obd).
- Identification of hidden meta-data such as Microsoft Word “Track Changes” and notes within Microsoft PowerPoint presentations.
- MD5 hash deduplication within and/or across custodians.
- Extraction and preservation of file and e-mail metadata, including the fields for To, From, Subject and Date Created, along with preservation of e-mail source and attachment relationships.
- Produce native documents, or convert to TIFF.
- Output to a variety of litigation support platforms including Relativity, Ringtail, Concordance and Summation.
